TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. How We Work Together

• I deliver creative services (design, motion, content, concepts, strategy) based on the brief we agree on. You tell me what you need, I tell you what’s possible, and we keep communication open and honest.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Before starting, you get a clear price estimate based on your project. The prices mentioned on the website should give you a good idea what to expect, however, every project is different. It could be that for you and your needs we will negotiate a specific price package.

• All prices published on this website are exclusive 21% BTW.

• Any extra work that goes beyond the original brief will be quoted separately. If this is the case, we will keep an open communication about this during the process: no surprises afterwards!

   

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25% of the discussed price fro the project is required before I start.

• The remaining amount is paid after the work is delivered.

• Payments are due within 1 month, unless we agree otherwise.

4. Feedback and revisions

• Each project includes a set number of rounds of revisions (usually 1–2).

• Additional revisions are totally fine, but they may come with extra cost.
  
  
  

5. Timelines

• We agree on a realistic deadline together. 

• I do my best to keep everything on time. So far my trackrecord in keeping deadlines is impeccable. IF there are any delays, you will be informed as soon as possible and new appointments will be made.

• If you need to change the timeline or delay the project, just tell me. Most of the time new dates can be arranged.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You provide all necessary text, images, and information needed to complete the project.

• You confirm that everything you give me is yours to use (no copyright trouble).

7. My Responsibilities

• I create original, professional work tailored to your project and needs.

• I communicate clearly throughout the process.

• I deliver on the agreed scope.

8. Ownership & Usage

• You own the final, approved designs once full payment is made. You are free to make any alterations you see fit after our cooperation was closed.

• I have the authors rights to my final, delivered concept.

• I keep the right to show the work I have created in my portfolio, unless you specifically ask me not to.

9. Cancellations

• If the project is cancelled after the start date, you pay for the work done up to that point.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
  
  
  

10. Files & Formats

• Final files are delivered in standard professional formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, MP4, vector files depending on the project).

• Working files (like the raw design files) are not included unless agreed otherwise.
  
  
  

11. Creative Freedom

• You hire me for my style, brain, and creative thinking. I’ll always aim to bring your idea to life, but I won’t copy other designers or follow requests that clash with my ethical or professional standards.
  
  
  

12. Respectful Collaboration

• I work in a positive, respectful atmosphere and expect the same in return.

• Good communication = good design.
  
  
  

13. Liability

• I am not responsible for printing errors, platform issues, or third-party costs unless we clearly agree that I manage them.
